Advocacy kicked off its sensitization of schools with Mahad Senior Secondary located in Brikama, West Coast Region. . The students consisting of grade 10 and 11 students were sensitized on the Consumer Protection Act 2014.
This was followed by a Q&A. The students asked questions on the following:
- How to file a complaint with the Commission
- How complaints are resolved
